Our favorite and most frequent canine visitor is moving back home for a while. We will miss his cute face and his friendly owners. Luckily, Frank has a home in WaterColor and will be back to visit. If you live here, you've probably seen Frank hanging out the window of a green jeep or patiently waiting outside an area business. He's just too cool.
