You guessed it. The photo is not of Brian, but his adorable son. Brian flies under the radar most of the time, but he can make pizzas faster than anyone we've ever seen! He is a soft-spoken, hard-working father of two {soon to be three} and he brought years of experience in food service to our kitchen.
