We are so excited for friends Murphy & Jenny, who just opened Barefoot B-B-Q in Seaside. This is not your typical barbeque joint. The food is served from an airstream donning a grass skirt, all of the meats are organic and the kids meals come on a frisbee instead of a plate - too fun!
There are four custom sauces from which to choose with fun names like Hot Lava and Hang Ten. The sides are delicious {try the beans and potato salad!} and the owners are super-cool folks. Murphy created a secret ingredient called Tiki Dust that he recommends you shake onto your food. See their menu here.
Go check 'em out soon and hang with some of your favorite locals. We've been twice since they opened Wednesday and loved catching up with people like Tommy & Gigi Brantley. Gigi just opened 30A Genie to take care of your concierge needs. She can help with everything from grocery shopping to restaurant reservations to checking the lightbulbs in your rental condo or house. And to top it off, she has a heart of gold.
